Zusammenfassung:A ligation device capable of reliably ejecting a ligation ring from a main body is provided. A ligation device 1 includes a main body 10 having a cylindrical shape, located on an endoscope distal end portion 2b, having a distal end portion 11 projecting toward a distal end side of a distal end face 2c of an endoscope 2, and having a first fluid feeding passage 12 with a first opening 14 that opens on a distal end face 13 of the distal end portion 11; and a first ligation ring 5 attached to the distal end portion 11 of the main body 10 so as to obstruct the first opening 14.
