The rod tip portion seals, or blocks, the needle opening in the closed state, and the rod tip portion is shifted forward relative to the needle and unseals, or unblocks, the needle opening in the open state. The proximal end of the needle is connected to the actuator body and the proximal end of the needle is open to the cavity. The rod is configured to interact with the actuator device such that at a change of volume of the cavity, a force is exerted on the rod in a distal direction, setting the needle arrangement in the open state.
