The program transmission device (200) is configured to communicate with the vehicle (100) and transmit a program for the first electronic device (10) and a program for the second electronic device (20) to the vehicle (100). The program transmission device (200) transmits an update program for a first electronic device (10) to a second electronic device. The program transmission device (200) transmits a program in a state before the update for backup. The second electronic device (20) updates the program for the first electronic device (10) based on the update program. The second electronic device (20) stores the program in the state before the update.
