Zusammenfassung:	A magnetic suspension bogie, the bogie comprising a upper frame located at the upper portion, two lower frames located at the lower portion, a suspension device and a track sensing device, wherein the upper frame and the lower frames are hinged and connected by means of a connecting device. By means of using a bearing hinge structure to connect the upper frame and the lower frames, it is not necessary to specially provide a separate steering mechanism; thus, a plurality of functions are comprised, while the structure is at the same time simplified. The present invention also relates to is a magnetic suspension train.
