Zusammenfassung:	A sealing device is located between an inner member and an outer member of a rolling bearing that rotate relative to each other and is for sealing a gap between the inner member and the outer member. The inner member includes a cylindrical part and a flange expanding radially outward from the cylindrical part. The sealing device includes: a mounted part that is to be mounted on the outer member of the rolling bearing; an inner annular part extending radially inward from the mounted part; a grease lip formed of an elastic material extending from the inner annular part toward the cylindrical part of the inner member of the rolling bearing; and a side lip formed of an elastic material extending from the inner annular part toward the flange of the inner member of the rolling bearing. A contact width of the side lip to the flange is less than 0.041 mm in a case in which the sealing device is mounted on the rolling bearing.
