Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an electropneumatic brake system (1) for a commercial vehicle. The brake system (1) comprises brake control modules (8) by which it is possible to generate a brake pressure for service brake cylinders (6) which can be associated with single vehicle wheels or vehicle wheels of a vehicle axle. According to the invention there is a redundant compressed air supply of the brake control modules (8) by connecting the brake control modules (8) both to a compressed air reservoir (41, 42) as well as to a backup compressed air reservoir (43).
