Zusammenfassung:	A fluid pressure control device (100) includes a main valve block (101), a sub valve block (103) attachable to the main valve block (101). The main valve block (101) includes a control valve (12) connected to the pump (10) and configured to control a main actuator (7), a neutral passage (11) through which the working fluid from the pump (10) returns to a tank (T) when the control valve (12) is at a neutral position, a discharge passage (19), a neutral cut valve (110) that makes the neutral passage (11) and the discharge passage (19) communicate with each other or blocks the communication therebetween, and a first external output port (15o) and second external output port (14o) through which the working fluid discharged from the pump (10) is able to be supplied to outside via the neutral cut valve (110). The sub valve block (103) includes a control valve (32) configured to control a sub actuator (9). The control valve (32) of the sub valve block (103) is connected to the first external output port (15o).
