Zusammenfassung:	A car (10) has a passenger compartment (14) with a floor (16) extending lengthwise in a longitudinal direction (X), the floor (16) supporting a passage extending lengthwise in the longitudinal direction (X), the passage being delimited on both sides in a transverse direction (Y) perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (X) by a first set of vehicle seats and a second set of vehicle seats. The channel is formed by at least one channel plate (18). The channel plates extend lengthwise in the longitudinal direction (X), and the floor (16) has a connection (36) connected to each channel plate (18) in a feasible first configuration and in a feasible second configuration, such that each channel plate (18) in the first configuration is arranged offset in the transverse direction (Y) relative tothe same channel plate (18) in the second configuration. An assembly is formed by the car, first-class equipment and second-class equipment. A method of reconfiguring such an assembly is provided.
