Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a system for the treatment of process water of a machine for producing and/or finishing a paper web, cardboard web, tissue web or another fibrous web, wherein the process water is divided in a sorting or filtering device (1) into a plurality of part fractions (9, 10) with different proportions of fibres. Here, the quality of the process water is to be improved by virtue of the fact that at least two part fractions (9, 10) are conducted at least partially over at least one predefined time period to a common washing device (2), the fine fraction (12) of said washing device (2) is guided to a flotation device (3), and the accepted stock (15) of said flotation device (3) is fed to the machine or an upstream process for the treatment of a fibrous stock suspension.
