Zusammenfassung:	A tip end (51E) of a substrate (51) and a wall surface (31B) of a second support resin layer (31) are separated from each other so that a terminal portion (22C) includes an exposed portion exposed from the second support resin layer (31) and a conductive adhesive layer (80), a convex portion (82) and a sealing resin (90) are provided , the convex portion is formed on an upper surface of the second support resin layer (31) so as to be in contact with the tip end (51E) of the substrate (51) and to define a groove (86) together with an upper surface of a first support resin layer (21) and the wall surface (31B) of the second support resin layer (31), a sealing resin (90) fills between convex portion (82) and the second support resin layer (31) and covers the exposed portion of the terminal portion (22C), and a height (HI) from the upper surface of the first support resin layer (21) to a distal portion is comparatively higher than a height (H2) from the upper surface of the first support resin layer (21) to the upper surface of the substrate (51).
