In an embodiment, the sealing member is positioned along at least a portion of a partially hemmed edge and retained thereby. Thus, the heat shield is capable of providing insulative and/or sealing properties when used, specifically thermal, vibrational and/or acoustical shielding, as well as limiting fluid flow across the edge of the heat shield.
