The coaxial line (20) includes, in an outer to inner sequence, a coaxial-line outer conductor (200), a first insulation medium (201), and a coaxial-line inner conductor (202). The cable further includes a coupling ground plane (30) provided with a coupling aperture portion (300). The coaxial line (20) is disposed in the coupling aperture portion (300), the coaxial-line outer conductor (200) is coupled to the coupling ground plane (30), the strip-line outer conductor (102) is connected to the coupling ground plane (30), and the strip-line inner conductor (102) is connected to the coaxial-line inner conductor (202).
