Zusammenfassung: | The present invention discloses a system of one or more servers for managing transfers of patient data that is associated with use of respiratory therapy devices by patients, the system comprising one or more processors configured to: access a server of the one or more servers that is configured for generating a plurality of subscriptions for the respiratory therapy devices, each of the plurality of subscriptions comprising a set of instructions for initiating a transmission of usage data collected by one or more respiratory therapy devices; with the server, select one or more subscriptions of the plurality of subscriptions for one or more of the respiratory therapy devices for updating at least one prior subscription of the plurality of subscriptions, the at least one prior subscription located at one or more of the respiratory therapy devices; transmit, over a network, the selected one or more subscriptions to the one or more of the respiratory therapy devices to update the at least one prior subscription located at the one or more of the respiratory therapy devices; and receive, over the network, collected usage data from the one or more of the respiratory therapy devices, the usage data related to respiratory therapy device use, the receiving based on one or more transmissions, from the one or more of the respiratory therapy devices, in accordance with the selected one or more subscriptions, wherein the receiving is based, at least in part, on a determination, by the one or more of the respiratory devices, that one or more triggering events have occurred, wherein at least one of the one or more triggering events relates, at least in part, to usage of the selected one or more respiratory therapy devices. |
