Zusammenfassung:	A front projection display device (400) comprising an image generating source (410) configured to generate an image, a wide angle lens system (430, 450) adapted to receive the image from the image generating source (410), wherein the wide angle lens system (430, 450) being configured to increase distortion of the image in a first stage (430) and decrease distortion of the image in a second stage (450), wherein a substantially non-distorted image is projected at a field of view greather than 100 degrees and the generating light source (410) is offset up.
