Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a stent comprising a structure of a skeleton that is expandable and contractible in a radial direction so as to have a tubular shape, the stent being configured to be placed in a body lumen, wherein the skeleton has a heteromorphic structure due to changes of a cross section shape thereof in a thickness direction, and a thickness dimension of the skeleton is made larger at least one axial end part thereof than an axial center part thereof so that at least one end part of the stent in an axial direction has a greater rigidity than that of a center part of the stent.
