The invention relates to an electrical plug connection part having a plug housing, in which housing electrical plug contacts for a plug connection with a complementary plug connection part are integrated, and which electrical plug connection part comprises an externally threaded screw section for securing the plug housing in a through-opening in a stationary functional part. The electrical plug connection part also has a sealing ring for sealing the plug housing in relation to the functional part, a radial groove adjoining the screw section in order to receive the sealing ring, which sealing ring is in the form of a radial seal which, when in the mounted state, seals the screw section of the plug housing radially relative to a complementary counterpart.
