Zusammenfassung:	A transformer (100) includes: an uncut magnetic core ( 5 ) formed by winding or layering a magnetic alloy ribbon, the uncut magnetic core forming a closed magnetic path; a protector member ( 1 ) covering the magnetic core; a primary coil ( 2 ) and a secondary coil ( 3 ); and a bobbin ( 4 ) supported rotatably around the protector member, wherein the bobbin ( 4 ) includes a cylindrical portion ( 7 ) which has a circumferential surface around which the lead wire is to be wound, a pair of flanges (8) provided between which the circumferential surface is located, and a gear portion ( 9 ) provided on an outer side of the flanges so as to be spaced away from the flanges, and a wound portion of a lead wire which forms the primary coil and a wound portion of a lead wire which forms the secondary coil are arranged alternately in a radial direction of the cylindrical portion.
