The invention pertains to glass substrates bearing a functional layer with a low emissivity essentially made up of tin oxide doped with fluorine, characterized in that the doped tin oxide layer has a thickness comprised between 160 and 190 nm and has a roughness Rq less than or equal to 12 nm.
