MANUFACTURING METHODS FOR PRODUCTION OF RNA TRANSCRIPTS

Described are methods for production of RNA transcripts using a non-amplified, linearized DNA tempate in anin vitrotranscription reaction. Enzymatic 5' capping and oligo dT purification can also be included in the methods.
