Zusammenfassung:	A flange fitting (208a) for attaching to double wall tubes includes a fitting center port (114), a plurality of fitting mounts (128), inner (111) and outer (110) seal surfaces, fluid communication ports (116), and a connection surface (138). The fitting center port (114) extends through the fitting for passing a primary fluid flow. The fitting mounts (128) are spaced radially away from the center port (114) for receiving fasteners. The inner (111) and outer (110) seal surfaces are predominantly flat. The fluid communication ports (116) are for passing a secondary fluid flow and extend through the fitting (208a) from between the inner and outer seal surfaces to the connection surface (138) between an inner sleeve connection (140) and the outer connection(142). The connection surface (138) is on a side of the fitting (208a) opposing the seal surfaces. The connection surface (138) includes theinner sleeve connection (140) and the outer connection (142).
