The process includes the steps of providing a solvent; preparing a base resin solution by dissolving a polyol resin in 80% of the solvent; adding surface additive to the base resin solution; adding hydrophobic nano particles in the remaining 20% of solvent; and adding hardner to the resulting solution in a base: hardner ratio of 1:1.
