The electric home appliance includes a light source (40) and a panel (10) having a light non-transmission region (20) having a sufficient thickness not to transmit light emitted from the light source (40) and at least one light transmission region (30) having a thickness reduced by a depression (15) formed at a rear (12) of the panel (10) upon which the light emitted from the light source (40) is incident, the at least one light transmission region (30) transmitting the light emitted from the light source (40), wherein at least a portion of the light source (40) is disposed in the depression (15).
