Zusammenfassung:An active matrix organic electro luminescence display (400) in which a first pixel and a second pixel (410, 540) are formed in one pixel portion to achieve a high aperture ratio and to facilitate a fabrication process. The organic electro luminescence display is constructed with gate lines (420, 510), data lines (430, 520), and power lines (440, 530) which are formed on an insulating substrate, and pixel regions which are defined by the gate lines (420, 510), the data lines (430, 520) and the power lines (440, 530), wherein each of the pixel regions includes a first pixel and a second pixel (410, 540), and the pixel regions are arranged in a matrix form and wherein two gate lines (420, 510) defining each of said plurality of pixel portions are adjacent to each other, and the first pixel (410, 540) and the second pixel (410, 540) are formed symmetrically about said two gate lines (420, 510).
