Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines patientenspezifischen, endovaskulären Implantats (41), wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
a. Bereitstellen eines dreidimensionalen, insbesondere virtuellen, Gefäßmodells (11) eines Blutgefäßes;
b. Bildung einer Durchmessersequenz entlang eines Zielabschnitts des Gefäßmodells (11), wobei in regelmäßigen Abständen Durchmesserwerte des Zielabschnitts ermittelt werden;
c. Bildung eines, insbesondere virtuellen, Werkzeugmodells (21) durch Übertragung der Durchmessersequenz auf eine lineare Achse;
d. Erstellung eines Flechtwerkzeugs (31) in der Form des Werkzeugmodells (21); und
e. Bildung des Implantats (41) durch Flechten von Drähten (43) um das Flechtwerkzeug (31). |
