The phosphorous copolymer includes a repeat unit represented by Formula 1: wherein A is each independently a single bond, a C 1 to C 5 alkylene group, a C 2 to C 5 alkylidene group, a C 5 to C 6 cycloalkylidene group, -S-, or -SO 2 -; R 1 and R 2 are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 to C 6 alkyl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted C 6 to C 20 aryl group; R 3 and R 4 are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 to C 6 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 3 to C 6 cycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 6 to C 12 aryl group, or a halogen atom; a and b are each independently an integer from 0 to 4; and m and n are each independently an integer from 1 to 500.
