It is essential to the invention here that the straightening device (1) has, on at least one arm (3, 4), at least one oscillating straightening element (5, 6), which oscillates such that, when the hair/fibres (2) is/are being pulled through, at least some individual locations of the hair/fibres (2) are repeatedly straightened. This makes it possible to achieve an effective straightening result which does not adversely affect the hair/fibres. |
