description The invention relates to chemical/pharmaceutical industry and medicine and concerns production of biologically active substances, in particular, a protein/polypeptide complex. This complex is produced by consecutive treatment of fetal nerve tissue of hoofed farm animals, using filtration, centrifugation, and anion-exchange chromatography with an eluent buffer having a defined ionic strength. This complex includes negatively charged faintly acid and neutral proteins and polypeptides with molecular weights ranging from 0.5 to 200 kDa, therewith at least 70% of the total protein amount having molecular weights ranging from 10 to 140 kDa. The complex is characterized with a set of specific bands at denaturing gel electrophoresis («SDS-Page») in 5% polyacrylamide gel. The complex makes antihypoxic, tissue-specific reparative effect on nerve tissue. It is used as an active ingredient in pharmaceutical compositions for producing therapeutic agents. The protein/polypeptide complex is associated with a nucleotide fraction, produced by a known method, for creation of a pharmcomposition, and sterilized. The pharmcomposition includes the protein/polypeptide complex and polynucleotides presented by a sodium salt of desoxyribonucleic acid. The pharmcomposition makes improved antihypoxic, tissue-specific reparative effect on nerve tissue. The pharmcomposition may be used as a preparation intended to treat various central and peripheral nervous system diseases (vascular, autoimmune, traumatic, toxic), preventive and disaster medicine.
