Zusammenfassung:	The device has a control vane separating stopper that is coupled mechanically with a control tab (22). A latch is swingable between a lock position for the receipt of the latched stop state and a release position for the receipt of the release state around a latch pivot point. The trigger around a trigger pivot point is rotatable at the control vane separating stopper so that the first end of the latch for rotating movement is released in the first position of the control tab and blocked in second position of the control tab.
