Zusammenfassung:	A system includes an input part to receive information of an operations task including plural tasks including a device task and a human task, and an order of the tasks, a task time determination part to determine an operating time of each task based on a time determination rule, a process definition generating part to generate process definitions each having the operating time in association with a corresponding one of the tasks including the device task and the human task, an extraction part to extract, based on the process definitions and an analysis rule, one of a dependence relationship between the tasks, a risk in the dependence relationship, and a risk in each of the tasks, and an output information generating part to generate output information for visually outputting one of the dependence relationship between the tasks, the risk in the dependence relationship, and the risk in the task.
