Zusammenfassung:	The pre-mixing burner has an annular channel for supplying air and fuel and a spin generator arranged in the channel. The spin generator comprises multiple flow guiding elements distributed around the periphery of the channel cross-section. The radial inner channel wall (43) and radial outer channel wall (44) are provided with concave, annular groove-like recesses (45,46) in area of the flow guiding elements. The cross-sectional area of the radially inner or radially outer recesses is equal to or smaller than a sum of the thicknesses of the flow guiding elements.
