The unit (100) has a data processing and control device that receives and processes command signals from an input unit (120) i.e. touch sensor and generates control signals. A database is created in a storage device in which loads are classified in functional groups. The data processing and control device accesses the memory device in order to determine the appropriate functional group and outputs the control signal having the information over a determined functional group to an interface i.e. radio interface, for transmission at a power section i.e. flush-mounted box. An independent claim is also included for an electrical installation system.
