Zusammenfassung: | A back contact solar module (1,2,3) and an electrode soldering method therefor are disclosed. The back contact solar module (1,2,3) includes a substrate (12), two solar cells (14, 16) formed on the substrate (12), and a curved solder part (18,19). The curved solder part (18, 19) is soldered onto an electrode solder pad (142, 162) of each solar cell (14, 16) . The curved solder part (18,19) has a curved portion (182,182a,182b,182c) between the two solder pads (142,162). The curved portion (182,182a,182b,182c) curves parallel to the substrate (12). Therefore, the invention utilizes the elasticity in structure or the deformability of the curved portion (182, 182a, 182b, 182c) to relieve the internal stress induced by the soldering on the electrode pads (142, 162) or by a subsequent lamination packaging, which solves the problem in the prior art that the internal residual stress in an electrode solder part harmfully affects the electrical connection between solar cells. |
