description The present invention provides a radio communication system and other whereby a range where the radio communication is enabled can be controlled and communication quality can be ideally maintained even if the communication, distance changes, and furthermore high quality communication can be implemented even if the power is very weak. In the radio communication system, a plurality of data packets can be transmitted from a transmitting apparatus to a receiving apparatus. The transmitting apparatus has: a transmitting unit that repeatedly transmits one data packet; a receiving unit that repeatedly receives a response packet; an integrating unit that integrates a repeatedly received response packet; and a determining unit that determines, by use of a result of the integration, whether the received response packet is correct. The receiving apparatus has: a receiving unit that repeatedly receives a data packet; an integrating unit that integrates a repeatedly received data packet; a determining unit that determines, by use of a result of the integration, whether the received data packet is correct; and a transmitting unit that repeatedly transmits the response packet when determination is made that the received data packet is correct.
