Zusammenfassung:	A photovoltaic cell module includes a flat-plate-like photovoltaic cell panel (5), which has a photovoltaic cell (2), a front face cover (3) covering the light-receiving surface of the photovoltaic cell (2), and a rear face cover (4) covering the rear face of the photovoltaic cell (2); includes a framing member (6) that has a cross-sectionally U-shaped panel holding portion (12) which sandwiches and holds the outer periphery of the photovoltaic cell panel (5) from the front side and the rear side of the photovoltaic cell panel; and includes a cable (8) that is used to draw out electric power from the photovoltaic cell (2). A cable holding member (13) is disposed to hold the cable (8) and is arranged on the panel holding portion (12), which faces the rear side of the photovoltaic cell panel (2), of at least one side of the framing member (6). As a result, it becomes easier to fasten the cable (8), thereby leading to enhancement in workability.
