A first sequence of successive composite images (524) of the selected windows (510-514) are generated as they are arranged in the screen layout (506) at different respective times but free of obscuration in any area obscured by any of the unselected ones of the windows (510-514) in the screen layout (506). The first sequence of composite images (524) is transmitted from the sharer network node (12) to a particular one of the one or more other network nodes (14) in connection with the first viewscreen object. During transmission, a second sequence of successive composite images of windows associated with a second software process are communicated between the sharer network node and the particular other network node in connection with the second viewscreen object.
