Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a seat device, in particular a stool, comprising a platform (14) and a seat surface (12) mounted on the platform (14) by way of at least one intermediate element, preferably a tilting element (16), in particular a ball, wherein bearing shells (18, 20) are assigned to the platform (14) and the seat surface (12), said shells being concave at least in areas and facing one another, and between which the intermediate element (16, 16') is disposed, in particular in a manner allowing it to move freely. According to the invention, the seat device (12) comprises at least one sensor device (30, 32) for detecting the movements of the intermediate element (16, 16') and/or the seat surface (12).
