PART OF A ROTATING ELECTRIC MACHINE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SUCH PART, AND ROTATING ELECTRIC MACHINE FITTED WITH SUCH PART

The piece i.e. stator (2), has a winding e.g. three phase winding, wound on a cylindrical body (4) provided with longitudinal grooves (6). One of the grooves receives conductive segments (8) at the level of periphery of the body, where the segments are copper wires covered with an insulator. One of the segments has a section including a round part with a diameter larger than 1.5 millimeters, and a tongue against the other segment, where the tongue is radial with respect to the body. An independent claim is also included for a method of fabricating a piece of an electrical rotating machine.
