SUBSTITUTED MORPHINANS AND METHODS OF THEIR USE

Novel 4,5-alpha epoxy-morphinan compounds are disclosed. Pharmaceutical compositions containing the 4,5-alpha epoxy-morphinan compounds and methods of their pharmaceutical uses are also disclosed. The compounds disclosed are useful, inter alia, as modulators of opioid receptors.
