The active periphery of the at least one of the fiberising rotors is divided into at least a first section and a second section, and a binder applying member and/or fibre blow- off means at the first section are controlled independently of the binder applying member and/or fibre blow-off means at the second section. The invention also relates to an apparatus for the manufacture of mineral fibres as well as arrangement with a fiberising rotor.
