Zusammenfassung:A method for billing customers for services associated with routing communications from a contact center includes charging the customer on a per-agent basis. At the end of a billing cycle, a data collection/billing unit determines the number of agents that received at least a predetermined number of communications from the contact center or the number of agents that logged into the contact center. The customer is then charged a fixed amount for each of these agents. The data collection/billing unit may also identify agents that received at least the predetermined number of communications or who logged into the contact center, but were not active during the entire billing cycle. The fixed amount for these agents may then be prorated based on the portion of the billing cycle that they were active.
