Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a preparation process and composition of an enzymatic preparation for the treatment of liquid, paste and semi-solid effluents, both domestic and industrial, with high levels of fats, proteins and/or carbohydrates. In accordance with the present invention the enzymatic preparation proposed is produced by a fungus of the genus Penicillium restrictum isolated from agribusiness wastes, obtained at very reduced cost.
