Polymer-thickened de-icing material and anti-icer for planes

Polymer-thickened deicing and antiicing agent for aircraft is based on (a) 35-70 wt.% alkylene glycol(s) with 2-3 carbon (C) atoms and/or oxyalkylene glycol(s) with 4-6 C; (b) 0.05-1.5 wt.% water-soluble crosslinked (meth)acrylic acid homopolymer(s) with a molecular weight of 750000-1250000 and Brookfield viscosity of 1000-13000 mPa.s at 20 rpm in 0.5 wt.% aqueous solution at 20 degrees C and pH 7.0; (c) 0.02-1.5 wt.% nonionic surfactant(s), comprising a 6-22 C alcohol reacted with 1-10 molecules of a low-molecular alkylene oxide; (d) 0.03-1 wt.% water-soluble salt(s) or an inorganic and/or carboxylic acid; (e) 0.01-1 wt.% imidazole and/or triazole compound(s) as corrosion inhibitor; and (f) water to a total of 100 wt.%.
