On éclaire la substance photopolymérisable à l'aide d'un faisceau lumineux, au travers du substrat sous un angle d'incidence i, tel que ((n1) / (n2)) sin i > 1, de façon à produire une zone d'évanescence au voisinage de l'interface entre les deux milieux. On traite la substance photopolymérisable de façon à révéler l'empreinte du faisceau lumineux. On obtient ainsi des composants définis avec une grande précision. |
