Using the application program of the smart card, together with the program of an authorization system, a cash sum from the crediting exchange is transferred, once or repeatedly in succession, into the debiting exchange. 2.3 By the solution according to the invention, the user of the service is able by means of just one multifunctional smart card to fill the debiting exchange of the smart card at any time from the credit afforded him in the crediting exchange. |
