The spark comprises a wire-shaped region (7) adjacent to the rod-shaped electrode (1) with an active metal surface and a corolla-shaped region (8) occupied by a plasma and producing ozone. Uses in improving combustion in thermal engines and in achieving post-combustion which eliminates non-burned residue in the exhaust from combustion devices. |
