A suitable material is a copolymer of N-vinyl pyrrolidone and butyl methacrylate, contg. 30% Ca gluconate for (5) and the same with polyalkyl cyanacrylate reinforced by capron (nylon) fibres for (4). The stem has a cap (8) made of biologically inert polymer, such as polydodeca amide, with the outside covered by a copolymer of N-vinyl pyrrolidone with methyl methacrylate and a mixt. of Ca gluconate and gentamine. Two or three grooves (6) have inserts (7) with an inner part (10) made of polypropylene and an outer part (11) made of biodegradable polymer.
