description A control and evaluation system for the sowing of seeds comprises at least one seed detector (1), a distance indicator (4) with a pulse shaper (5), a computing circuit (2) and an indicating unit (3). The computing circuit (2) comprises in turn an extremum moment determining circuit (6), a first counter (8), a demultiplexor (7), a resetting circuit (9) and a storage unit (10) comprising second counters (11), their number coresponding to the number of discrete measuring intervals during the period between the sowing of two consecutive seeds. The seed detector (1) is connected to the extremum moment determining circuit (6) which is connected to the demultiplexor (7). The pulse shaper (5) of the distance indicator is connected to the first counter (8) which has outputs connected also to the demultiplexor (7). Each output of the demultiplexor (7) is connected to the corresponding input of the resetting circuit (9) and to the corresponding second counter (11) in the storage unit (10). The resetting circuit (9) is connected through its output to the other input of the first counter (8), whereas the outputs of the second counters (11) of the storage unit (10) are connected to the indicating unit (3).
