Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a part for machines, installations or other devices with zones subjected to differing thermal stresses, particularly part for machines of heat engines. In order to give those portions or areas of these portions subjected to high thermal stresses a more favourable stress diffusion/temperature curve in such a way that the adjacent cooler areas do not reduce or prevent their expansion, a minimum of one closed hollow chamber (3, 4) is provided in the material of the component, for example a piston of an internal combusion engine, adjoining the highly thermally stressed zones, the chamber being entirely filled with a material which has a higher coefficient of thermal expansion than the enclosing material of the component. ……
