Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to mining engineering, in particular to apparatuses for borehole drilling in strong and super strong rocks. A boring apparatus contains a column (1) of boring pipes (2) including a rock breaking instrument (3) executed with no less than one communicating hole (4) for the output of washing liquid, a hydro vibrator (5) for converting a stationary stream of washing liquid to a pulsating stream, having internal cavitator (6), executed as a nozzle. The nozzle of cavitator has a running channel (7) with a cylindrical part (8) with diameter Dand extending area - diffuser (9) and also a hollow case (10) located after the cavitator (6). According to the invention in the running channel (7) of the cavitator (6) the length of the cylindrical part L=0,5-2,0 of critical diameter D, total area Sof all communicating holes (4) of the rock breaking instrument (3) is 7-10 times more than S section of the cylindrical part (8) of the running channel (7) of the cavitator (6), angle α of opening of diffuser (9) of the running channel (7) is α=10-180º depending on selected technological parameter of borehole drilling. On the top end of the cavitator (6) a stabilizer (11) of stream of washing liquid is mounted, made as a bushing, the internal diameter d of which makes 2-3 of critical diameter Dof the cylindrical area (8) of the cavitator (6), the length Lmakes 10-15 of internal diameters d. Diameter Dof the hollow case (10) of the hydro vibrator (5) equals to the diameter Dof output section of diffuser (9) of the cavitator (5), and the length Lof the hollow case of hydro vibrator (5) makes no less than 90-110 of critical diameters Dof the cylindrical part (8) of the cavitator (6). The technical result: decrease of power consumption and increase of productivity of drilling, especially at drilling of deep boreholes in strong and super strong rocks.
