A method for preparing a pharmaceutical medicament for photodynamic therapy of cancer diseases, comprising an extraction of chlorophyll and derivatives thereof from a vegetal matter by an organic solvent, their oxidation with isolating pheophytin and subsequent converting it, characterized in that carotinoids and fatty acids are isolated from the vegetal matter by CO2 extraction under pressure 10-300 bar prior to chlorophyll extraction by ethanol, and chlorophyll conversion is carried out immediately by treating with concentrated hydrochloric acid and after its oxidative breakdown separating from hydrochloric solution and precipitating with alkali at pH = 4,0 +- 0,2 and subsequent purification of the medicament is carried out and a stabilized is introduced. 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that a chitosan solution is used as the stabilizer. Способ получения фармацевтического препарата для фотодинамической терапии онкологических заболеваний включает СО-экстракцию и отделение из растительного сырья каротиноидов и жирных кислот под давлением 10-300 бар, экстракцию хлорофилла и его производных органическим растворителем, их окисление с выделением феофитина и последующего превращения его, причем превращение хлорофилла осуществляют незамедлительно обработкой экстракта концентрированной соляной кислотой, и после его окислительного расщепления и выделения из солянокислого раствора и осаждения щелочью при рН 4,0±0,2 проводят очистку препарата и вводят стабилизатор - раствор хитозана.
